November is all about momentum at Baby Sparks — not just for families in our classes, but for the franchisees who make the magic happen.


This year, our focus has been simple: to help our franchisees have their best Christmas ever.

That means less stress, more sparkle, and a network that feels genuinely supported from every angle.


💫 Joined-Up Thinking: The Power of Planning Ahead

At Baby Sparks HQ, we believe the best support is proactive, not reactive. That’s why we’ve built a November plan that blends creativity, organisation and wellbeing in perfect balance.

Our November social media challenges — “Is it too soon?” and “Merry & Bright (but Make It Mum Life)” — encourage franchisees to join trending conversations and create a buzz online. These campaigns are designed to drive engagement and early bookings for Christmas classes while giving our network fun, creative ways to connect with families.


Behind the scenes, our monthly admin meeting focused on forward planning — ensuring franchisees feel prepared for the festive season and beyond. We encouraged everyone to:

• Finalise January term dates and bookings early 

• Keep on top of bookkeeping and reporting 

• Review class schedules ahead of 2026 planning


This joined-up approach helps make December smoother and more joyful — leaving room for what really matters: family, rest and connection.



🎁 Listening, Adapting, Supporting

Support at Baby Sparks is never one-size-fits-all. We listen, adapt and evolve based on what our franchisees tell us they need.


One of the biggest examples of this is our decision to move our annual franchise conference from November to January. Our franchisees told us that holding it at the end of the year felt overwhelming — so we listened. The new timing means everyone can finish the year calmly, enjoy Christmas with their families, and come into the New Year refreshed and ready to grow.


🥂 Connection, Not Chaos

This year, we’re also putting connection first with our HQ Christmas Party — held on 14th November, before the festive madness begins.


We’ve swapped the big corporate events (and the uninvited gift of Covid from last year!) for something more intimate and meaningful: a night of wreath-making, drinks and nibbles.

The event is part-funded by HQ, keeping it affordable for everyone, and each franchisee will take home a handmade wreath as a little piece of festive calm for their door.


It’s a small but significant way to remind ourselves that joy doesn’t always come from doing more — sometimes it’s about slowing down and being together.
