Baby Sparks Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Payments
All classes must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Block bookings and PAYG bookings are valid for the specified term only and are non-transferable.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change. Term bookings may be cancelled and refunded if written notice is provided at least 7 days before the term start date.
After this time, refunds are not available.
Missed classes due to holidays, illness or other personal circumstances are non-refundable.
3. Missed Classes
Where possible, your class leader may offer a catch-up session. This is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
You are welcome to gift your space to a friend if you are unable to attend. Please inform your class leader in advance.
4. If We Cancel a Class
If a class is cancelled by Baby Sparks due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions (such as snow or extreme heat), instructor illness, or venue issues, we will offer a suitable alternative where possible.
This may include:
- A catch-up session/class
- A single class replacement gift voucher
- An alternative class
- An online session
Options provided will be at the discretion of your class leader and subject to availability.
We will always aim to provide a fair and reasonable alternative wherever possible. Refunds are not guaranteed in these circumstances.
5. Health & Wellbeing
To protect all families, please do not attend if you or your child are unwell.
This includes symptoms such as fever, sickness, diarrhoea or any contagious illness.
In cases of sickness or diarrhoea, you must not attend sessions until at least 48 hours after the last episode.
Please inform your class leader of any allergies, medical conditions or additional needs that may affect participation.
6. Supervision & Safety
You are responsible for your child at all times during sessions.
Baby Sparks classes are designed to support development in a safe and engaging environment; however, all activities are participated in at your own discretion.
7. Behaviour
We aim to create a welcoming, supportive environment for all families.
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.
8. Liability
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
Baby Sparks cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage sustained during sessions, except where required by law.
9. Photography & Media
Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.
Consent will always be requested, and you can opt out at any time.
10. Changes to Classes
We may need to make changes to class times, venues or session structure.
Where possible, we will provide advance notice.
11. Agreement
By booking a Baby Sparks class, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
